embracement

i'm not much of a blogger i suppose. Keeping up with this has posed a challenge for the most part. School is great. Finally started my BSN in nursing, and I've Aced 2 semesters! 2 more to go yea!!! Nerd fo life for sure! Marriage is good. Three years in the making. Ups and down, mainly ups though. You really have to work at it; let go of the little things. And as my husband says..."You can't expect to win every fight!" Babies have NOT come into the picture! I feel as if I still have time. Kids do change your life...in a good way of course, but also in a way that surpasses your own being. Having you leave behind your own "perceived adulthood"...leaving independence appears scary to me just yet... So that shall wait, or we both do hope for the moment. I've become a weekday vegetarian. Meaning, I don't eat meat mon through fri, and eat small amounts of protein on the weekend. Doing so reduces meat intake by at least 70 percent. I've done so due to the increased reasearch on vegetarianism and its properties in elongating life and reversing disease process. I've embraced this new lifestyle for about 2 months and I am totally digging it! I have also embraced a more holistic approach to life and truly embrace and respect the planet we live in and what it provides for us. I definetly embrace being "green"
