Hi.

B.Sunshine: Texas, United States; Hoping to bring light and positive energy to my patients, friends, family and most importantly MYSELF. I am a breathing, living, and a very emotional creature. Mostly ppl want to call it anxiety/PTSD. I merely call it a defect in my coping skills, which I am currently working on. I am living with it and medication FREE! Blogging, food, exercise, and love are outlets. I battle everyday, but I get stronger each day. I think I am a food guru. Love creating new recipes and remodeling them to fit my healthy life choice! Because yes, being healthy is a choice that we all deserve; becoming educated is key in spreading the intellectual wealth. I love nature, jogging, gardens, and flowers. I'll probably feed you if I like you. I am a dreamer, a pacifist, and an absurdist.
